1. Manual Syringe Filling Machine

This is the most basic and affordable option. It is designed for filling only.

How it works & Who it's for

The manual syringe filling machine achieves quantitative filling by the reciprocating motion of a piston (or similar mechanism) to draw and precisely inject liquid into the syringe. Its working process involves drawing the liquid through a one-way valve into a measuring cylinder, and then the piston is pushed forward to press the liquid through the filling head into the syringe. The entire process can be controlled by an artificial pedal for a single filling operation, or switched to an automatic mode for continuous filling, and may integrate auxiliary functions such as anti-dripping and vacuum assistance to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the filling.It is highly suitable for start-up companies, research labs, cosmetic or essential oil workshops. If you already have other methods (such as manual operation) for inserting the syringe plunger, or if the production volume is very small, this single filling machine is sufficient. It is inexpensive, easy to operate and clean, and is very suitable for packaging skin care products, adhesives, lubricants or experimental reagents.

2. Manual Syringe Filling and Stoppering Machine (combi filling machine)

This type combines two steps into one compact bench-top unit. It handles both prefilled syringe filling and prefilled syringe stoppering (inserting the plunger).

  • How it works & Who it's for:

Prefilled syringe filling process :

Using manual insertion and removal of syringes (1 pc per  time);

The equipment is divided into two separate workstations for filling and plugging;
Filling:
put the pre-sterilized syringe into the fixed tank manually, and use the photoelectric detector to detect whether the syringe is present. When filling, first vacuumize, and then keep the vacuum filling needle inserted into the syringe while filling and rising (driven by a set of servo motors), and use the ceramic rotary valve plunger pump dedicated to gel filling.
Plugging:
The filled syringe is manually put into the fixed seat of the plugging station, and sent the rubber stopper to the stopper feeder after being sorted by the vibrating plate. The stopper feeder automatically sends one rubber stopper below the stopper rod. The stopper rod first dips down to take out the rubber stopper, and then the syringe returns to the stopper rod and the sealing unit to press down and seal the syringe. After that, vacuum is pumped first and then the vacuum stopper rod is kept pressed down to press the rubber stopper into the syringe, and the vacuum is sucked to the gel liquid level to finally complete the plugging action

The finished product is manually taken out and then placed into a new syringe to repeat the above operation.

This is designed for small-scale pharmaceutical production, sterile medical devices or stem cell research laboratories. If you need to directly handle sterile liquid medications (such as vaccines, peptides, collagen), and require minimizing human contact throughout the process while ensuring the sterility and consistency of the products, then this integrated filling and sealing machine is the ideal choice. It completes the two most critical steps and is the first step towards GMP-compliant production.
